Monday's @ 4p
An introduction to weight training and will focus on proper technique. This class will also focus on speed, agility and core strength.
Tuesday & Thursdays @ 8pm
High capacity work used to maximize performance. This program will utilize weights as well as plyometrics to take athleticism to the next level.
